Could it be the long awaited new Supra? Toyota/Lexus does not really have a car to put up against the 370z/G37 Goupe Line up; the latter is a pretty good seller. What about a new MR2? A small 2 seater go cart type sports car, the MR2 Spyder was a very under rated car handling-wise, it could give the Mazda Miata some Japanese 2 seat competition. Edmunds Inside Blog did a review of the Volk Racing TE37SL wheel for the Scion FR-S. Included in the blog is he history of the wheel don to the manufacturing process. A lot of information about cast wheels vs forged wheels, and the machining process. Also mentioned was the TE37SL’s are 1.5″ wider than the stock FR-S wheels and weighed 6lbs less a piece.

Here Jay Leno Test Drives the Scion FR-S. Car looks pretty smooth, both in style and driving-wise. I like the I noticed Fiber Gauges and 7500 RPM Redline.  Spoiler alert, the new 86 can’t do a burnout.  

Here is a video of the Scoin FR-S tuned by Greddy with a turbo drifting around Laguna Seca. At 2:12 of the video it states “OUTPUT: 600HP 500LB-FT”… Impressive!
